Phew! Even after spending roughly 24 years of my life with myself, I don\’t have a clear picture of who I am and what is my purpose in life. But slowly and steadily trying to figure this out 
This reminds of part of a song called Creep by one of my favorite British band Radiohead.

I do listen to a lot of Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, U2, Radiohead, Green Day, Rammstein ( plan start learning German pretty soon to understand its lyrics 
), Aerosmith, Evanescence, R.E.M, Deep Forest, etc..just to name a few as the list is somewhat huge. Not a big fan of desi music but do appreciate bands like Indian Ocean, Euphoria. Not at all into desi Bollywood stuff.
I enjoy listening to Music and writing on a wide variety of topics. I also like long conversations and discussions. I love to meet new people and visit new places.
Am a big fan of movies. At one time when I had nothing better to do in life < yeah there was such a short span > I used to watch more then two movies a day thanks to the 512kpbs broadband connection with no download limits. Again no desi stuff for me. Like all action packed thrillers, movies based on/inspired on true stories, British comedy, World war related movies especially on Nazis, and of course am a very big fan of the animated ones from the labs of Pixar.. don’t miss any of them.
My all time favorites are: Black Hawk Down, Blow, Cast Away, Cidade de Deus ( City of GOD ) Forrest Gump, The Lord of the Rings series, No man’s Land, Euro-Trip, and loads n loads more. Like a hell lot of em.
As always don’t watch desi soaps on TV but prefer watching South Park, LOST, Prison Break, Coupling, That 70’s Show, etc on my PC.
Read a lot of books. These days have cultivated a habit of reading a book per week. I do like fiction and non-fiction and read a lot about Technology and keep myself updated about the latest gizmos and Technology that is changing the world that we live in. Strongly recommend reading The World is Flat - Thomas Friedman
The biggest and the most inevitable passion is for Open Source. I just love Linux and love to fiddle around with it. Like a true geek just love to spend time in front of my PC and learn new things.I like to push myself to the limits. I am authoritarian, and a control freak. I can be a little manipulative and sly at times, but I try not to be. I never hold a grudge and will forgive anything.I need music to survive, and start getting extremely cranky without it. It’s an addiction which is actually drawing a little concern.
I’ve changed my perspective towards things radically off late. Before I used to look at things and ask “Why?”. Now I look at things and ask “WTF?”. I no longer daydream, or rift off into imaginary worlds, rather I tend to put my brain to sleep whenever it’s not needed. I can be bitterly sarcastic, or extremely cheesy, or occasionally both.
